Adjectives such as “narrow-eyed” and “slant-eyed” are insults. The term “mongoloid” was used to refer to the indiginous peoples of North America, Asia and Polynesia, but has now become obsolete. And from the point of view of using the term in the sense of a social construct, this may be acceptable, so in this case it all depends on the context.
