Inclusion is one of the cornerstones of a barrier-free environment. This is a process of increasing the degree to which all citizens participate in social life. It involves removing barriers and developing and implementing specific solutions that will allow everyone to participate equally in public life. One of the key principles of inclusion, which will be further discussed below, is the involvement of all people in all aspects of life.

But what does this mean in practice? Let us discuss a specific example. If an employer claims to adhere to the principles of inclusion, then all social groups and communities (this means people of different ages, genders, religions, etc.) understand that they will not be discriminated against on these grounds, but will be evaluated only by their skills and professionalism. Or when a service institution declares that it is inclusive, it serves as a signal to all people: “I will be happy here and I will feel comfortable, because my needs will be taken into account.”
